• Please reach out to customer service immediately if you have missing or damaged items. 

    If you have damaged items, please photograph (and video if possible) the item(s), including the wrapping, and the box it came in. Please note if there was any damage to the shipment container, as well. 

    In some cases of extreme mishandling of the postal carrier, we will help you file a case for the damaged item. We understand that the carriers are not always very helpful in these situations, so Meraki Metaphysical will issue an  up-front store credit in the amount of the damaged item. Meraki Metaphysical will then keep any future refunds from the carrier.

    Send your images to customer service, along with your statement of the condition the item was found in, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with an offer.

    We understand that in many cases, you've purchased unique art from us, and a reissue isn't possible. In this case, we are happy to issue a store credit, or a refund to the payment method used at check-out.

    We prefer to solve damaged or missing products in this order, but let us know your preference. We're here to help!
